Kimukatsu is known as the originator of mille-feuille katsu—a unique take on Japanese fried cutlet. Made by carefully layering 25 slices of pork, each just 1mm thick, this dish has gained popularity especially among women for its light texture, and has established a new genre in Japanese cuisine known as kasane-katsu (layered cutlet).Today, the popularity of Kimukatsu extends beyond Japan, with the brand recognized throughout Asia and beyond.We have continually explored new approaches to share the joy of Japanese-style fried dishes with a wider audience, transcending religious and cultural boundaries. As a result, we are proud to announce the opening of our new brand, "Kimukatsu Hanare," which offers Halal-certified menu items using only beef and chicken.(Please note that no pork is served at this location.)
